Message from the Dean of the graduate school

The purpose of the Department of Health and Welfare, Graduate School of Takasaki University of Health and Welfare is to train students who can acquire advanced knowledge and skills for health, medicine, and welfare, and train researchers who have the ability to open up new research areas based on such knowledge and skill. The department is comprised of three majors Master’s Course in Medical and Welfare Informatics, Health and Welfare Science, Food and Nutrition Science. The most advanced activities are carried out in each major. The university should attract the students who are seeking an educational/research job in a specialized field, and working adults who are eager to become a member of the society and passionate about pioneering new research fields for the enhancement of human health and welfare.
